2009-2015. Martha Goes Green was a collaborative project where we self-published two vegetarian cookbooks and a seasonal calendar. We sold over 6,000 copies and were stocked in over 75 stores worldwide.
I was involved (collaboratively) with the creative direction, design of publications & marketing materials; recipe development & copy writing; assisting with food & prop styling on photoshoots; website design; liaison with stockists, suppliers and media outlets; and managing online sales and distribution.
We were interviewed for various magazines including Publisher’s Weekly, The Age Epicure, MiNDFOOD and more.
