Martha Goes Green

This was a collaborative project that was self-initiated. We self-published a vegetarian cookbook series that sold over 6,000 copies in 50+ stores worldwide. We were featured and/or interviewed for various magazines including Publisher's Weekly, 101 CookbooksMy Darling Lemon Thyme and MiNDFOOD

We spoke on self-publishing & design at various events including Spark International Festival of Music, Media, Arts & Design (NZ) and Yarraville Book Lovers festival (AUS), we also hosted cooking demos & workshops. This project spanned from 2009 – 2016.

 2009-2015. Martha Goes Green was a collaborative project where we self-published two vegetarian cookbooks and a seasonal calendar. We sold over 6,000 copies and were stocked in over 75 stores worldwide.   I was involved (collaboratively) with the creative direction, design of publications & marketing materials; recipe development & copy writing; assisting with food & prop styling on photoshoots; website design; liaison with stockists, suppliers and media outlets; and managing online sales and distribution.  We were interviewed for various magazines including Publisher’s Weekly, The Age Epicure, MiNDFOOD and more.
